Manfrotto 244N Variable Friction Arm

The Manfrotto 244N is a very useful articulating arm that allows you to position a light or a camera in to various positions and then lock it down by tightening a single knob. A nice feature is that you can adjust tension with the single knob, until the weight of the item attached is just maneuverable, allowing you to position it exactly into place. It can be used with a Manfrotto super clamp or attached to other devices with a 1/4″-20 or 3/8″ threaded bolt.
