Beau Photo Valentine’s Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

This prize draw is promoted by Beau Photo Supplies whose registered office is at 1401 W 8th Ave #110, Vancouver, BC V6H 1C9 (“Beau Photo”, “we” or “us”). By entering this prize draw, you are deemed to accept these terms.

1. This prize draw opens at 15:00:00 on 10th February 2026 and closes at 23:59:00 on 15th February 2026.
2. Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of Canada and must be aged 18 years or over.

How to enter:

3. Beau Photo Supplies will post on Instagram @beauphotostore.
4. To enter the prize draw you must make a purchase at Beau Photo on the 14th of February 2026 and provide contact details (full name and email).
5. For an online entry, entrants can share the Instagram post to their story and tag us in the story. You must also follow @beauphotostore on Instagram.
6. Beau Photo Supplies shall not be responsible for and shall not have to accept entries which do not reach it before the closing time or are illegible, incomplete or corrupted.

Choosing a Winner:

7. There will be one lucky winner from the prize draw.
8. The winner for the prize draw will be randomly selected through a computer-generated process.
9. The winner of the prize draw will be notified by Instagram Direct Message or using the other contact details provided to us within 72 hours after the closing time for the prize draw. We will try our best to contact the winners during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received.
10. The winner will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize within 72 hours of having been notified. If a winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified, we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received.
Winner must have a valid email address to claim their prize.
11. For transparency we will generally publish the surname and county of prize winners online. However, if you are a winner and you object to us doing this or would like us to
reduce the amount of information we publish then please let us know when claiming your prize.

The Prize

12. One lucky winner will win: A one-on-one camera workshop worth $55 with an employee of Beau Photo.
13. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
14. Beau Photo Supplies reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for any reason.

General:

Entries and comments must not:
15. contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libellous; or
16. contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
17. or contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where the post is created.
18. Beau Photo Supplies may in its absolute discretion change these terms and conditions or extend the prize draw without notice. Beau Photo Supplies may cancel a prize draw without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that makes it necessary to do so.
19. If any person enters or attempts to enter the prize draw in a manner which Beau Photo Supplies determines (acting reasonably): (a) is contrary to these terms; (b) by its nature is inconsistent with the spirit of the prize draw; and/or (c) is unjust to other participants, then such person may be disqualified from the prize draw at Beau Photo’s sole discretion and may be required to return any prizes already awarded (if applicable). This may include without limitation participation by professional competitors, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, cheating, hacking, deception or any other actions which disadvantage (or are intended to disadvantage) other participants and/or Beau Photo. Furthermore, where Beau Photo Supplies determines that such actions have impaired the prize draw, Beau Photo may, at its sole discretion take such steps as it deems reasonable to resolve any problems arising from such actions, including:
(a) repeating or adding further stages to the prize draw; or
(b) in the event of disqualification, awarding the prize to a/other runner(s) up, another entry drawn at random.

By entering the prize draw, you agree to fully release and hold Meta harmless from any liability incurred in connection with your entry into the prize draw.
