Dual Pixel 3D
Dual Pixel 3D is a new software coming in October for compatible EOS R-series cameras like the EOS R8 Mark II, and allows users to quickly convert a single 2D photo into a realistic 3D model or video using depth data from the camera’s image sensor instead of complex scanning equipment.

Canon EDSDK / CCAPI
Canon allows developers to remotely adjust camera settings, capture images, and stream Live View using either the EDSDK for tethered, high-speed USB connections on desktop platforms or the CCAPI for platform-agnostic, wireless HTTP/RESTful control over Wi-Fi.
