A rainy autumn evening with the Nikon rep. shooting Vancouver with a Nikon D3. All shots hand-held, from ISO 3200 to 12800 with a 70-200mm f/2.8 VR, the new 14-24mm f/2.8 or a 50mm f/1.4. These raw NEF images were converted to DNG using Adobe's v4.3 DNG Converter and then processed in RAW Developer v1.7 with no luminance NR, default chroma NR and default sharpening. No additional NR performed in post-processing. Click on a thumbnail for a larger image, then click [large] for a bigger version, or click [zoomify] to open the full-resolution 12 megapixel image in a zoomify viewer. Zoomify strips out ICC profiles, so zoomified images may look slightly different on color-managed browsers. Please note that the Nikon D3 used had pre-production firmware and image quality may not be representative of the final shipping version.
